Why can I only pay USD 100 per transaction?
We are using Paypal Payment Gateway. In order to protect credit card holder from Internet Fraud Activities and causes a Loss on credit card holder. Paypal limit the amount of money sending through Internet for non-verified user. For non-verified user, they can only allow to have USD 100 transfer limit.
To send money more than USD 100, you have to do some setting in your paypal account. This is not related to Innertalk.com.my or Innertalk.com.sg.
How to Enroll in the Expanded Use Program?
You're just three steps away from the freedom of Expanded Use:

Step 1:
Authorize PayPal to charge a $1.95 USD Expanded Use Fee to your card. (You will receive a $1.95 USD bonus in your PayPal account after you complete enrollment.)

Step 2:
On your next credit card statement (monthly transaction history), find the 4-digit Expanded Use Number that will be printed in the item description section of the charge. It may take 3-4 business days for the number to appear on your statement.

Step 3:
Log in to your PayPal account, click the Complete Expanded Use Enrollment link on your Account Overview, and enter your Expanded Use Number.

When you enter your Expanded Use Number, your enrollment will be complete. You'll have access to unlimited sending and withdrawals, and you will become a Verified Member of PayPal!

Login account
The login account in Innertalk is different with Paypal login account. You may requested to register a new account with Paypal for Internet Payment.
Online Purchase Requirement
> Visa, Master, American Express and Discover Credit Card are accepted.
> Must have at least an email address for registration purpose.

Doctor diagnosed that my son (4 years old) is having symptom of autism because he can’t communicate with others. He speaks to himself and is like living in his own world.
